Other Rules

  • Does not allow private parties or events
  • There are no restrictions on entry and exit timings.
  • Visitors are not allowed
    1. Check Out Timing at 11am. Please inform Reception 1 day prior to check the availability if you would like to extend your stay
    2. Failure to inform on late checkouts will incur fullday charges.
    3. Please do not use the provided towels for removing dirt/sand from the beach prior to washing yourself. Any permanent damage/ stain done to linen will incur charges as per the rates provided at the reception
    4. Payments to be settled upon checkins.
    5. Gambling, Contraband, Prostitution, Weapons, Explosives, Flamable Objects, Poison, Drugs, Animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited.
    6. Guests must take good care of their belongings. The management wont be responsible for any loss or damange incurred.
    7. No Smoking in the bed or anywhere in the room. Be responsible.
    8. No Strangers/Visitors allowed to stay or use any ammenities inside the room. Only people with bookings and Valid Id Cards allowed.
    9. Guest are held responsible for any damage done to furniture/decorations or other facilities inside the rooms and premises.
    10. If any abandoned luggage or lost and found items are not claimed by guest after a maximum storage of 180days the management has the right to dispose these items.
    11. No Show No Refund Policy.
